Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor the performance of activities and events
  • Analyze data related to participants, service providers, and logistics
  • Present insights to support future activity and event planning

Budget Oversight & Resource Tracking
- Participate in planning and monitoring budgets for various activities and events
- Oversee disbursements and prepare post-event financial reports

Project & Event Management Support
- Support planning and coordination for both internal and external meetings and events
- Monitor timelines and collaborate with internal teams and external service providers

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with event planning teams, operations teams, and executives
- Present insights and suggestions to enhance strategies and improve participant experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Event Management, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in BI, data analysis, or project coordination
  • Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, as well as project management systems
  • Solid understanding of budget monitoring and performance tracking in event or activity contexts

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in BI or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
  • Experience with event platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Eventbrite
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data clearly and effectively
