Job Description : Mordern trade Manage

  1. Responsible for the team's sales and collections to achieve the company's KPIs.

  2. Maintain existing customer base and identify new business opportunities appropriate to and in line with the company's target audience.

  3. Develop sales strategies and marketing activities to drive Sales in and  sales Out to meet targets.

  4. Prepare and monitor the team's P&L budget, ensuring it adheres to company policy, including COGs, selling expenses, administrative expenses, and marketing budgets.

  5. Manage the team to ensure quality, enhance product knowledge and skills, and develop selling skills.

  6. Develop team goals, action plans, and incentive schemes for both the team and customers to support goal achievement.

  7. Prepare annual and monthly sales projections (Quantity - Quality) and expense projections.

  8. Analyze market trends, partners, and competitors to inform organizational improvement and development.

  9. Develop relationships with key customers, key contracts, and new customers.

  10. Manage, encourage, and support the team to achieve goals, including planning, providing guidance on activities to achieve goals, and managing work problems.

Key Qualifications:

A minimum holder of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and business administration or related field

At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing or sales of Cosmetics and F&B products

Digital savvy and good interpersonal Skill

Creative and analytical thinking

Good presentation and leadership skill

Positive mindset, good communication and presentation skills
