1. Mission

To pioneer the technical and data infrastructure for the new process department by utilizing advanced statistical modeling and data visualization to ensure world-class yield and process stability.

2. Outcomes

A successful candidate must achieve the following within their first year:

  1. Complete the technical setup and qualification of the new process, ensuring all parameters meet performance specifications.
  2. Successfully execute Design of Experiments (DOE), Hypothesis Testing, and Regression Analysis to optimize yield and identify the Setup for mass production.
  3. Build and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, pulling data through API servers to provide real-time process visibility.
  4. Streamline data reporting using Advanced Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and Python, reducing manual data handling.
  5. Reduce process abnormalities by leading systematic Root Cause Analysis investigations and implementing permanent countermeasures.
3. Competencies

Education & Language:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or Computer Engineering.
  • Able to speak and communicate effectively in English, with a TOEIC score of 600+ (preferred, not required).

Core Technical Competencies (Must-Haves):

  • Deep understanding of DOE, Hypothesis Testing, and Regression to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Advance-level Excel (Power Query & Pivot) and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work with API servers and perform systematic Root Cause Analysis.

Preferred Technical Competencies (Nice-to-Have):

  • Basic Python skills for data processing.
  • Ability to use SQL for data extraction.
  • Experience using Minitab for engineering and statistical analysis.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Obsessed with data accuracy and logical reasoning.
  • Takes ownership of the new process launch and results.
  • Learns new tools and technologies (like API or Python) rapidly.
  • Comfortable with the "trial and error" nature of setting up a brand-new department.

Working Conditions

  • 100% on-site at our facility in Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathumthani (no relocation support).
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, following full cleanroom and ESD protocols.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet build schedules or support urgent production activities.
