About the role

Become an Assistant Key Account Manager (7-Eleven) at T.A.C. Consumer PCL., a leading consumer goods company based in Bangkok's Suan Luang district. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our key account relationship with Thailand's largest convenience store chain, 7-Eleven.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for 7-Eleven, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and market share for T.A.C. Consumer PCL. products within the 7-Eleven network
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on opportunities to improve product placement, promotion, and availability in 7-Eleven stores
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support the Key Account Manager in all aspects of the 7-Eleven account management, including contract negotiations and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth possibilities

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Familiarity with the Thai retail landscape and an understanding of the 7-Eleven business model
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales
