About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team at TCIL CO., LTD' in Bangkok. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day accounting operations of our company. This is a part-time position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Supervising and leading the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Implementing and improving financial controls and procedures to enhance the company's financial management
  • Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure the company's financial records are in order
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the accounting function

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an accounting management role, preferably in the management industry
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and mentoring approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
