We're Hiring:
Cloud Accounting Migration & Implementation Expert (Part-Time Project Role)

As we scale rapidly in Thailand and beyond, we're building a world-class team of specialists to lead high-impact migration and implementation projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end cloud accounting migrations (data cleanup, charting of accounts, integrations, custom reporting)
  • Configure and implement cloud platforms tailored to client needs
  • Train clients and troubleshoot post-go-live issues
  • Collaborate with our core team on process optimization and automation
  • Deliver projects on time with exceptional client satisfaction

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in cloud accounting migrations/implementations (Xero Advisor Certified, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, or equivalent strongly preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles and Asia-Pacific compliance (Thai GAAP, VAT, withholding tax a plus)
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication – able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical clients. Fluent English speaking and writing.
  • Availability for 10–25 hours/week on a project basis

Location:
Thailand-based preferred (Bangkok or Eastern Seaboard is ideal for occasional client meetings).

Strong remote candidates will be considered – especially if you have a track record of delivering remotely with APAC clients.
