We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive (AE) / Account Manager (AM) to join our agency team and support end-to-end campaign execution across branding, marketing, content, KOL, and event projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and learning how integrated campaigns come to life in a fast-paced agency environment.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive / Account Manager at Sociology, you will act as the key bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, creatively executed, and performance-driven.
You will represent the client's voice while working closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, and Project Management teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, KOL, events, and paid media platforms.
Depending on your level, this role involves supporting or leading client accounts, building strong client relationships, managing ongoing projects, and ensuring every execution aligns with business objectives, performance KPIs, and brand standards in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and participate in new business development activities, including pitches, proposals, and client presentations
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and campaigns, with ownership level adjusted based on role
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Brief, coordinate, and align internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, Social, KOL) and external partners
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and billing to ensure strong operational and financial control
- Proactively identify issues and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and results
- Provide regular project status updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to client and internal stakeholders
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients throughout all stages of the campaign
- Guide and support team members to deliver projects on time, on quality, and against agreed objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5+ years of Experience in digital agencies or client-facing account roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance-driven campaigns
- Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with changing priorities
- Strong client service mindset with good relationship-building and coordination skills
- Solid analytical and numerical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and timeline control
- Up-to-date with advertising, digital, and social media trends
- Collaborative, professional, and proactive personality
