Department: Modern Trade Channel / Accounts: Lotus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies for Lotus to optimize pricing, gross-to-net efficiency, and trade promotion budgets.
  • Analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and improve execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive sustainable growth with Lotus.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with buyers, presenting results, future plans, and resolving sales or operational issues.
  • Monitor competitor activity, evaluate market dynamics, and recommend strategic actions to enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at Lotus.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage promotions, new product listings, and in-store execution.
  • Prepare and interpret reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Enhance brand visibility and presence in-store through data-driven initiatives and alignment with marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing Modern Trade accounts; experience with Lotus is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage key accounts and internal teams.
  • A proactive, self-driven professional with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and managing complex account portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
