The Role: Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is a critical intersection of business development, key account management, and strategic execution. You will be responsible for both nurturing our existing, high-value partnerships and actively sourcing new strategic business opportunities to expand our footprint and product reach in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Acquisition and Business Development (New Business)

Strategically identify, prospect, and engage new business partners (platforms, aggregators, financial institutions) that align with Igloo's mission and growth strategy.

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial pitch and value proposition presentation to structuring complex commercial agreements and negotiating final terms.
  • Develop comprehensive and compelling offerings around digital insurance products (e.g., lifestyle protection, device protection, embedded insurance) that demonstrate clear value for prospective partners and their customers.

2. Key Account Management & Growth (Existing Business)

Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring maximum satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Deeply understand each partner's commercial objectives and actively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the integration of Igloo's digital solutions.

Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial commercial terms.

3. Commercial Strategy and Execution

Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial to align on commercial strategies and set ambitious growth targets.

Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and Legal teams to tailor solutions, ensure seamless partner onboarding, and optimize ongoing operational efficiency and compliance.

Monitor commercial performance against key KPIs, providing data-driven insights and regular reporting to senior management to guide decision-making.

What You Bring

Must be a Thai citizen.

5+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Management, Business Development, Customer Success Manager, or strategic Account Management, with a proven track record of driving significant business growth.

Direct experience in the InsurTech, FinTech, or a high-growth technology platform environment is highly preferred.

A deep understanding of the insurance industry and digital solutions, particularly in a B2B2C context.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—you can build trust quickly and effectively with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Highly resourceful and autonomous. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with a strong bias toward action and ownership.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage data and financial metrics to drive strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
