Urgent Hiring CEO Office–Strategy

As a member of the CEO Office, you will work closely with the CEO, Mr. Sathien Sathientham and executive leadership to drive strategic sales initiatives, explore growth opportunities, and support top-level decision-making. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has strong business acumen, and is ready to make a direct contribution to Carabao's success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Planning
- Support the development and monitoring of company-wide strategic plans.
- Analyze business data to provide actionable insights for CEO decision-making.
- Consolidate information from departments including Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, and other functions.
- Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and management summaries for the CEO.
2. Operations & Manufacturing Support
- Conduct site/factory visits to monitor production efficiency, yield, costs, and quality.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Follow up on cost improvement, Lean, Kaizen, and productivity projects.
- Ensure production planning, raw material availability, and product quality standards are met.
- Oversee factory operations and production cost control.
3. Financial & Performance Management
- Review and validate financial reports prepared for the CEO.
- Analyze costs, expense structures, product costing, and project ROI.
- Monitor budgets, actuals, key financial KPIs, and ensure strong budget control across departments.
- Provide insights on investments, CAPEX, and strategic initiatives.
- Support costing analysis for production, operations, and product profitability to guide decision-making.
4. Management & Executive Support
- Organize executive meetings: agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure CEO priorities are executed smoothly.
- Act as Project Owner/PMO for strategic initiatives.
- Represent CEO in monitoring key organizational projects when required.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Age 30–35 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Analysis.
- Experience managing a factory, production cost control, and budgeting.
- Experience working with Japanese executives or multinational management will be highly considered.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare executive-level reports.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- High flexibility and ability to work directly with the CEO.
- Entrepreneurial mindset / ownership mentality
- Can-do attitude, open to new challenges and well-rounded
- Willing and able to travel to other provinces for site visits and external meetings.
