Job Description Dealer Sales Representative (Position level: Chief to Assistant Manager)

  • Provide sales support to dealers (DLR) nationwide.
  • Develop, formulate, and manage sales plans for assigned dealers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and support them to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Conduct direct retail sales activities when meeting end customers.
  • Visit farmers, shops, and agricultural areas to promote products and gather market information.
  • Manage dealer receivables, follow up on collection, and coordinate with the finance team on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare sales reports, dealer visit plans, and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, After-Sales, Service, Spare Parts) to support dealer operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary product information.
  • Able to undertake long-term business trips upcountry and drive long distances.

Required Qualifications

  • Age : 30–40

  • Bachelor's degree or above (any field; Sales-related field is preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer sales or channel sales.
  • Experience in direct retail sales to end customers.
  • Preferably experience handling products for farmers or agricultural machinery.
  • Ability to conduct sales activities in rural/agricultural areas.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, loan processes, and customer credit assessment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to travel upcountry frequently and drive long distances (must have a valid driving license).
  • Able to start work immediately is preferred
  • Good communication in English.
