Responsibilities

  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to develop financial loan programs and promotional campaigns that support the sales of Siam Kubota Corporation's products and services, as well as dealer sales.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to maintain and enhance competitiveness, market share, and penetration rate in line with company plans.
  • Visit and survey dealers and customers to understand their needs and use insights to design and plan loan programs and promotions, including active participation in marketing activities organized by Siam Kubota Corporation and its dealer network.
  • Developing communication plans to promote loan programs and promotions across both offline and online channels and analyze monthly sales performance to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Planning and presenting the annual sales plan, including marketing budget allocation, marketing expenses, and the annual action plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field with GPAX 2.70
  • Experience in marketing analysis, strategy and communication or other related are matters.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Other experience in stat and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau would be advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze, plan, follow up on tasks, coordinate with others, and work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to change
  • Creative mindset with a passion for self-development and continuous learning
  • Good command of English (TOEIC Score 550)
