Urgently Hiring: Freelance Financial Accountant

Wego Medical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is engaged in the import, export, and sale of medical equipment, medical devices, spare parts for medical instruments, and other medical-related products. The company is committed to providing high-quality products and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories across Thailand, while offering reliable customer service and technical support.

We are looking for a Freelance Financial Officer to support our accounting and finance operations.

Location : The Ninth Tower, Rama 9, Bangkok

Eligibility: Thai Nationals and Citizens (Full-time)

Job Responsibilities

Monthly Tasks:

  • Prepare accounting records and monthly financial reports (to be submitted by the end of each month) in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
  • Analyze, process, and verify accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and file monthly withholding tax, SSO, and income tax returns (P.N.D.3 / 53 / 54).
  • File value-added tax returns (P.P.30 / 36).
  • Coordinate and provide information in case of inquiries or audits from the Revenue Department.

Annual Tasks:

  • Prepare and file the half-year corporate income tax return (P.N.D.51) and the annual corporate income tax return (P.N.D.50).
  • Prepare and submit the list of shareholders (BorJor.5) and annual financial statement filing (SorBorChor.3) to the Department of Business Development (once a year).
Skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, as coordination with HQ in Singapore is required.
