Job Descriptions

  • Invoice cost booking - to coordinate with Finance team
  • Ensure the incoming invoice will correctly record according to TGAAP.
  • Sort out the Invoice discrepancy as well as liaise with the related party to resolve before the due date come.
  • Deal with queries efficiently to vendor prompt payment of invoices booking
  • Follow, gather, collect and filing the invoice & receipt for further enquiry from the external audit or Tax authority for audit purpose.
  • Ensure the receipt and Tax Invoice correctly issued in amount and allocated to the correct account.
  • Ensure all cash receive will regularly allocated in the company standard.
  • ติดตามและบันทึกการชำระเงินและค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด
  • วางแผนและดำเนินการชำระเงินให้แก่ผู้ขาย (Vendor) ตอบกลับข้อสอบถามจากผู้ขาย และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการชำระหนี้คงค้างครบถ้วนและตรงเวลา
  • ตรวจสอบและยืนยันความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้จากซัพพลายเออร์ เอกสารเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายของพนักงาน และเอกสารเบิกคืน ก่อนดำเนินการจ่ายเงิน
  • ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดธุรกรรมทั้งหมด รวมถึงบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (Accounts Payable)

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (New Graduate are welcome)
  • Good communication in English
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Ability to accurately process numerical data.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel
  • Experience in AX systems or SAP will be advantage.
  • Good communication, time management and relationship management skills.

  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักการบัญชีทั่วไปและขั้นตอนการทำบัญชี
  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถในการประมวลผลข้อมูลตัวเลขได้อย่างถูกต้องและแม่นยำ
  • มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ AX หรือ SAP จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับทั้งหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
