Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Bilingual – English & Thai)

Reports to: Office Manager

Job Purpose วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง

To support daily accounting operations including data entry, document filing, and basic financial transactions. This position requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to communicate and prepare documents in both English and Thai.

สนับสนุนงานบัญชีประจำวัน เช่น การบันทึกข้อมูล การจัดเก็บเอกสาร และการทำรายการทางการเงินพื้นฐาน โดยต้องมีความถูกต้อง รับผิดชอบ และสามารถสื่อสารหรือจัดทำเอกสารได้ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

Key Responsibilities หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก

· Record daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, and general entries).

บันทึกรายการบัญชีประจำวัน เช่น เจ้าหนี้ ลูกหนี้ และรายการทั่วไป

· Check and verify accounting documents, invoices, and receipts.

ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชี ใบแจ้งหนี้ และใบเสร็จรับเงิน

· Assist in preparing payment vouchers and expense reports.

ช่วยจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย และรายงานค่าใช้จ่าย

· Support month-end closing and bank reconciliation.

สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน และกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร

· Maintain proper filing of accounting and tax documents.

จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีและภาษีอย่างเป็นระบบ

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or internal departments when needed.

ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ หรือหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· Translate or prepare simple accounting documents in English and Thai.

แปลหรือจัดทำเอกสารบัญชีเบื้องต้นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย

·     Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

·     ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน

Qualifications: คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรืออนุปริญญา สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· –2 years of experience in accounting or related work.

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 0–2 ปี

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Thai tax regulations.

มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับหลักการบัญชี และภาษีของประเทศไทย

· Computer literacy, especially MS Excel and accounting software.

สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีได้

· Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).

มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย ทั้งการพูดและเขียนในระดับดี

· Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under supervision.

เป็นคนละเอียด รอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้การดูแลได้ดี
