Job Purpose

To lead and drive the commercial growth of the luxury magazine's advertising and partnership revenues across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across print, digital, and event platforms.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with leading luxury brands across key sectors (fashion, watches, beauty, travel, real estate, hospitality, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, brand directors, and media agencies.
  • Create integrated, multi-platform sales solutions including advertising, branded content, and sponsorships.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and KPI performance to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver results and strengthen client engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and production teams to align commercial and content strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain the brand's leadership in the luxury media space.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 8–12 years' experience in media or advertising sales, ideally within luxury or premium publishing.
  • Proven success in achieving revenue targets and managing key luxury brand accounts.
  • Strong expertise in multi-platform sales across print, digital, social, and event channels.
  • Established network of luxury brand and agency contacts in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills with strategic commercial mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven performance management.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages preferred; well-presented and passionate about the luxury sector.
