Responsibilities

  • Understand, Review and Analyze project requirements (Business Requirements, Technical Requirements).
  • Collaborate with Test Leader to develop effective test strategy, test plans, test scheduling.
  • Design and develop test scenario/ test cases to address business and technical specification.
  • Prepare and modify test data and test environment according to test scenario/test cases.
  • Conduct test execution, log defect.
  • Report test status, identify quality risks and communicate potential impacts on target dates to all stakeholders.
  • Discuss and clarify issues and requirements with project team and/or stakeholders, including test manager, test team lead, product manager, project manager, business analyst, System Analyst and developers.
  • Perform System Integration Test (SIT) and support User Acceptance Test (UAT) as needed.
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields.
  • At least 2 years experience in a software tester.
  • Experience working in an Agile development process.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, good attitude and teamwork also fast learner.
  • Knowledge of banking products and Banking Industry and Finance is a plus.
  • Experience in Test automation or Selenium is a plus.
  • Self-motivating and high responsibility.
  • Be able to read, write and communicate effectively in both Thai and English languages.
