Product Quality Assurance

Planning and preventing issues in the production process that do not comply with established standards

Establishing rules and standards for products

  • Prepare and manage product specifications for finished goods and production processes.
  • Handle product quality issues, including customer complaints, product verification, recalls, and preventive actions to reduce defects.
  • Inspect and verify products and raw materials, conduct chemical, microbiological testing, and manage shelf-life studies and new product testing.
  • Plan and coordinate quality management systems, including documentation review, regulatory submissions, audits (GHPs, BRC, HACCP), and certification renewals.
  • Manage calibration of internal tools and equipment, including planning, verification, and record keeping.
  • Prepare product labels and barcodes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Education BackgroundBachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) in Food Science and Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Professional ExperienceAt least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Other QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable in GHPs, BRC, and HACCP standards.
