What You'll Do

Campaign & Performance Management

  • Track and report PPC performance (TACOS, ROAS, CVR, etc.)
  • Build and maintain Google Sheets dashboards, macros, and scripts for reporting automation
  • Coordinate with ops, creative, and finance teams to align promotions, inventory, and profitability
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and seasonal performance (e.g., Halloween, Prime Big Deal Days)

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze KPIs and create actionable performance reports
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
  • Ensure accurate data tracking and resolve reporting discrepancies

Campaign Execution

  • Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Amazon, Google, Facebook, Shopify)
  • Update budgets, promotions, and workflows for smooth operations
  • Maintain documentation and scalable processes

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics).
  • Junior = 0–2 years exp / Senior = 3–5 years exp in digital marketing and/or data analysis. (Fresh graduates with marketing experience are welcome)
  • Understanding of PPC advertising is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Shopify ads is highly preferred.
  • Relevant coding languages will be an advantage (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
  • Effective English written and verbal communication skills.
