Job Description:

1. Interpretation work:

1) Provide instant and accurate Chinese-Thai interpretation services for meetings, business negotiations, customer visits, internal training, etc.

2) Accompany Chinese/Thai management personnel on business visits, factory tours, etc., and provide casual translation;

3) Handle translation needs for conference calls;

2. Translation work:

1) Accurately translate all company documents: business contracts, technical documents, product manuals, marketing materials, company rules and regulations, email correspondence, etc.;

2) Proofread and polish the translated documents to ensure language fluency, accuracy of professional and technical language, and compliance with language and culture.

3. Communication and coordination:

1) Assist Chinese and Thai employees to communicate effectively and eliminate language barriers;

2) Participate in cross-cultural communication coordination work as needed;

4. Other work support:

Assist in handling administrative or transactional work related to the Chinese market/customers.

Job requirements:

一、Language skills

1) Chinese: Native or near-native level, fluent in standard Mandarin;

2) Thai: Proficient in Thai, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and the ability to handle various business scenarios with ease;

二、Educational background

College degree or above, majors in translation, international trade, business management, etc. are preferred.

三、Work experience

Priority will be given to those with experience in corporate translation and those familiar with the fields of business and chemical technology.

四、Professional skills:

1)Proficient in oral and written interpretation and translation skills, quick response and clear expression;

2)Proficient in using various office software, such as Office;

五、Core qualities:

1)Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics; 2) Excellent communication and coordination skills and affinity;

3) Proactive and quick learner; 4) Good teamwork spirit;

六、Other requirements

Those who can adapt to occasional business trips or overtime work are preferred; those with driving experience are preferred.
