Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager located in Bangkok. The Learning and Development Manager will design, implement, and oversee training programs and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, managing learning management systems, and fostering leadership development among employees.

Qualifications

  • Training & Development and Leadership Development skills
  • Experience in Learning Management and Training
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
