Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Head of Talent Acquisition to lead

recruitment across both high-volume Sales Agent hiring and specialized Back Office roles

(Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Marketing, etc.).

This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for building a sustainable and scalable

talent engine that directly supports FazWaz's rapid expansion across Southeast Asia. The ideal

candidate will combine data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and strong

stakeholder partnership to ensure we consistently meet headcount requirements across all

functions — both frontline and corporate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with sales and business growth targets.
  • Translate headcount forecasts into actionable recruitment campaigns, particularly for sales and rental agents.
  • Sales Agent Recruitment at Scale
  • Own and optimize the
    sales agent recruitment funnel
    , from sourcing to activation.
  • Analyze and improve conversion metrics (applications → interviews → hires → active agents).
  • Design and implement high volume-hiring initiatives, including recruitment event, referral programs, and digital campaigns.
  • Team Development & Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a recruitment team, building a high-performance, target-driven culture.
  • Set clear weekly goals and instill accountability while empowering the team to innovate.
  • Problem-Solving & Agility
  • Quickly identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement creative, data-backed solutions.
  • Adapt strategies weekly to meet business needs in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Build and manage recruitment dashboards to track performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Use insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment spend.
  • Stakeholder & Employer Branding
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management, aligning recruitment with business objectives.
  • Position FazWaz as the
    employer of choice for ambitious sales talent
    across Southeast Asia.
  • Build external partnerships with universities, associations, and industry groups to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and ethical standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technology, and best practices to keep FazWaz competitive in the talent market.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in
    high-volume sales recruitment
    and scaling recruitment teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using dashboards and ATS reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver solutions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Professional English proficiency.
