Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary consultant and key support resource for the assigned SAP module.
  • Provide daily SAP application support, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and roll-out projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and design appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation (Blueprints, Configuration) and end-user training materials.
  • Perform system testing (Unit Test, Integration Test) and resolve technical issues (Troubleshooting).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Application Support with proven implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes relevant to the respective SAP module.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with users and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Available Positions by Module (1 consultant per module):

  1. SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant & Support

  2. Experience: Proven track record in SAP PP implementation and support.

  3. Expertise: Strong understanding of Production Processes, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Work Center, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and Production Orders.

  4. SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant & Support

  5. Experience: Proven track record in SAP MM implementation and support.

  6. Expertise: Deep knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Material Valuation.

  7. SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant & Support

  8. Experience: Proven track record in SAP SD implementation and support.

  9. Expertise: Strong understanding of Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Contract Management.

  10. SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Consultant & Support

  11. Experience: Proven track record in SAP FI implementation and support.

  12. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, and Period-End Closing.

  13. SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant & Support

  14. Experience: Proven track record in SAP CO implementation and support.

  15. Expertise: Strong understanding of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

  16. SAP SD & Salesforce Application Support

  17. Experience: Hands-on experience in supporting SAP SD and Salesforce applications.

  18. Expertise: Strong understanding of Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and CRM processes in Salesforce (e.g., Lead & Opportunity Management, Customer Data, Integration with SAP).
  19. Advantage: Experience in SAP–Salesforce integration and troubleshooting related issues will be highly valued.
