Cathcart Technology is assisting our client, an ERP consulting firm, in recruiting an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for an S/4HANA integration project. In this role, you will join a dynamic team and contribute to innovative digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement initiatives.
  • Partner with clients to align business objectives with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Supervise system configuration, validation, and documentation across assigned modules.
  • Develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve and modernize HR operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges efficiently to maintain service excellence.
  • Facilitate seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems.
  • Communicate regular progress updates and capture client insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.
  • 3–5 years consulting experience on SuccessFactors projects.
  • Experience in 1–2 full lifecycle implementations.
