WE'RE HIRING WE'RE LOOKING FOR A "Collection Management" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being full responsibility for achieving collections in line with targets set by the company.
  • To manage collections of assigned portfolios via executing collections' strategies and negotiate for payments, restructuring and settlement with customers.
  • To coordinate and follow up with outsourced law firms, debt collection agencies and similar partners as well as update litigation process and status.
  • To prepare & submit monthly reports and forecasts. This includes analysis & commentaries on delinquent customers.
  • Analyzing and reporting on department progress / statistics to the management team.
  • Managing the entire Accounts Receivable Collection process and taking ownership of the Budget KPI's such as Debtor Days and Overdue percentage.
  • Develop or revise incentive plan for Collection Team appropriately.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assign.

Qualifications:

  • Having 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Over 2+ years of management level experience in Non-Performing Loan Management (preferable), Banking and Financial Service or related roles.
  • Bachelor or master degree in relevant field such as finance, accounting, law and economics.
  • Own strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex financial model and complicated issues.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity to implement positive change and develop new initiatives; be able to make the tough decision and have strong managerial courage.
  • Having excellent communication and presentation skills and being proficient in English would be advantageous.
