We bring together three logistics networks that empower SME freight forwarders worldwide - CrossTrades, SeaBlue, and NXT-Global. Together, we connect over 350 members across general cargo, project logistics, and specialized value-added services. Each network is built on due diligence, exclusivity, and collaboration, giving members the confidence to grow globally.

Job Objective:
 
Your mission is to keep our global network running smoothly - supporting members, solving challenges quickly, and ensuring every event and interaction adds value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Support & Problem Solving:
  • Respond to member questions via email and WhatsApp, assist with disputes (e.g. payment issues or non-replies), and ensure members get timely help.

  • Onboarding & Member Education:

  • Guide new members through the onboarding process, making sure they understand our services, the directory app, and how to get involved. Provide refreshers for existing members when needed (e.g. new staff joining).

  • Facilitating Connections:

  • Help members connect with the right members within the network, or if needed, guide them to one of our sister networks or alternatives.

  • Conference Support:

  • Help plan and coordinate our annual events, including hotel selection and sponsor support, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.

  • Member Activity Monitoring

  • Track member participation and flag inactive members. Assist in keeping engagement high across our platforms.

  • Invoice Follow-Up:

  • Support with following up on unpaid membership invoices in coordination with our finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, operations, or network/community management (preferably in logistics or international trade).
  • Proficient English language skills - other languages a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Friendly and solution-driven attitude, with a knack for keeping people connected.
