About the role

As a Business Analyst POS at Thai Foods Group Public Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in analysing and optimising the Point of Sale (POS) systems across the organisation. This full-time position is based in Bangkok and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of this leading food and beverage company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse the current POS systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new POS solutions that enhance the customer experience
  3. Document and communicate system requirements, process flows and user stories to stakeholders
  4. Test new POS features and functionality, ensuring they meet the needs of the business
  5. Provide training and support to end-users on the POS system and related processes
  6. Monitor and analyse POS data to generate insightful reports and recommend data-driven optimisations
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in POS technology and point-of-sale operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry
  2. Strong understanding of POS systems, point-of-sale processes and cash management
  3. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualisation tools
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  5. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve business challenges
  6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
