Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to analyze complex business and operational requirements, translating them into clear, actionable business solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end requirements activities including discovery, analysis, validation, and documentation to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory considerations in a fintech environment.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts (e.g. business requirements, process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications) to support effective delivery and knowledge reuse.
  • Assess current business processes and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or automation that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and option analyses (including pros/cons and recommendations) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into feasible and effective solutions.
  • Support project and initiative delivery by providing business analysis input on scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs to drive shared understanding and alignment.
  • Provide advisory support during releases, including change impact analysis and input to training or communication plans where required.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for complex business or process issues, taking ownership to diagnose root causes and ensure resolution.
  • Proactively challenge assumptions and existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, trading platforms, or cryptocurrency environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and influencing change through insight and evidence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaboration across teams.
