Oversee the management of digital platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Line Official, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Leverage growth marketing frameworks to test, analyze, and scale campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention stages.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online marketing efforts, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI and drive lead generation.
Offline Marketing & Events
Plan and manage industry-specific exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, catalogs, and case studies tailored to technical audiences.
Coordinate press releases (PR) and media communications to strengthen the company's public image and thought leadership.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients and partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., BD, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, PM and Engineering) to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of technology solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, positioning the brand as a leader in the tech space.
Content Creation & Brand Communication
Craft and oversee compelling content strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
- Guide and review marketing content, including blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts, to ensure consistency in tone and messaging.
Develop storytelling frameworks that effectively communicate the value of the company's technology solutions to diverse audiences.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities in the tech industry.
- Monitor customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and coach the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Assign and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs across all projects.
Support team members in developing their skills, particularly in growth marketing and business development.
Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

- Provide feedback and implement continuous improvement plans to optimize marketing performance and scaling strategies.
Use data-driven insights to refine customer acquisition funnels and improve overall ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with BD, Sales, R&D, Supply Chian, PM, and Engineering teams to align marketing and business development efforts with company objectives.
- Support internal departments with marketing presentations, sales enablement materials, and strategic campaigns.
Act as a bridge between marketing and business development, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve growth targets.
Innovation & Scalability
Experiment with AI-driven tools and innovative marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and personalization.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Having at least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Hardworking, patient, humble, and open to all feedback. Energetic and creative.
