Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new life insurance products including concept ideation, pricing, underwriting guidelines and launch strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Collaborate with Actuary, Underwriter, Marketing, Sales and legal teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
  • Develop detailed product documentation including features, benefits and policy wording.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements or adjustments to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance , Operations and other relevant departments to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of Higher in Finance, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance product development or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting practices, and actuarial principles.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
