Job Summary
Lead the Product Development Department to design, develop, and manage innovative products and services aligned with corporate strategy. Ensure seamless product lifecycle management, customer experience optimization, and compliance with IT and business requirements. Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, marketing priorities, and budget allocation.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement, ensuring integration with IT systems and digital channels.
- Design and implement customer interface channels, self-service platforms, and call center support tools, collaborating with IT for technical specifications and system architecture.
- Oversee tariff and campaign configuration and deployment across all channels, ensuring system readiness and compliance with pricing rules and automation workflows.
- Develop and maintain product and campaign policies, manage issue resolution, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Lead cross-functional governance with IT, CRM, Billing, and Marketing for prioritization, risk-benefit trade-offs, and implementation readiness.
- Drive technical design reviews, API integration strategies, and ensure interoperability between product platforms and enterprise systems.
- Manage UAT planning and execution with IT teams, ensuring system stability and readiness for production deployment.
- Monitor post-launch system performance, analyze technical issues, and coordinate root cause analysis with IT for resolution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management are a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Simplification, or Business Optimization, preferably within telecom or technology industries.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving IT, marketing, and operations.
- Experience with customer journey design, revenue management, and change governance
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
- Deep understanding of telecom product structures, lifecycle management, and migration planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance commercial, technical, and customer experience considerations.
