About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager to join our dynamic team at GAA Group Company Limited in Bangkok. As an Assistant Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's properties. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility management tasks and contributing to the overall success of our facilities management services.
What you'll be doing
- Support the Facility Manager in planning and managing daily operations for Data Centers.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with the technician team.
- Monitor facility performance, identify potential risks, and report findings to the Facility Manager.
- Assist in vendor management, safety audits, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain updated records of maintenance schedules, equipment logs, and incident reports.
- Support in preparing operational reports and performance summaries for clients.
- Provide on-site supervision in the absence of the Facility Manager.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility operations, preferably in Data Center or mission-critical facilities.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Fluent spoken and written both Thai and English
