Customer Service Manager

Customer Service Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team to ensure excellence and efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented and customer-first approach.
- Implement and monitor service standards across all customer touchpoints: phone, email, social media, and website.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction through best practices and KPI achievement (e.g., response time, resolution rate).
- Coordinate with logistics and packing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Sales Team Coordination & Operational Support
- Oversee and support the corporate sales staff to ensure smooth daily operations and professional customer handling.
- Monitor workflows, ensure that internal processes (quotations, order confirmations, follow-ups) are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a facilitator between the sales team and other departments such as production, customer service, and logistics.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and problem-solving support for sales staff to improve work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Packing & Front-of-House Oversight
- Manage the packing team to ensure products are prepared and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee order hand-offs to delivery riders and walk-in customers, maintaining high standards in speed, hygiene, and presentation.
- Monitor peak periods to ensure readiness and coordination between packing, CS, and logistics.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the packing station and customer-facing areas.
Team Leadership & Development
- Train, mentor, and empower team members across CS, sales, and packing roles.
- Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to optimize workflows and service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the customer experience.
