Responsibilities:

  • Analyze insurance data to examine claim trends and anomalies.
  • Provide client-friendly reports, graphs, and pivot tables with explanations.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI effectively.
  • Forecast insurance data based on historical trends.
  • Ensure accuracy in data collection and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather information for claim assessments.
  • Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably in statistics or mathematics).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferably with an insurance background).
  • Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills in both Thai and English.
  • Analytical and statistical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
