Job Title: Analytic & Initiative Coordinator (Data Analyst)

Contract Duration:
start date – 30 June 2026 (extendable based on performance)

Location: BTS Chidlom

Workdays
: Mon – Fri (9.00 – 18.00 hrs.) – Office & WFH

Salary:
30K – 35K

Key Responsibilities

Business & Market Analysis

  • Conduct data analysis using internal and external sources to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Perform market research on trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors relevant to SME and new-generation segments.
  • Support feasibility studies for new campaigns or initiatives using historical and market data.

Reporting & KPI Tracking

  • Track, maintain, and visualize KPIs related to company product and service.
  • Deliver timely, accurate performance reports and support ad-hoc analysis as required.
  • Prepare and summarize analytical reports for cross-functional stakeholders to aid decision-making.

Lead Generation & Campaign Support

  • Generate qualified lead lists for outbound call campaigns using segmentation logic and product usage data.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure data and lead targeting align with growth objectives.

Initiative & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support ongoing business initiatives by building dashboards, preparing presentations, and gathering insights.
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for data-driven projects to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on findings, priorities, and action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or CRM/lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and querying from cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative in cross-team environments.
  • Good communication skills to present findings and insights effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, curious, and willing to explore new ideas.
