Key Responsibilities:

• In case of any damage product in location, responsible to separate the damage product from location and transfer stock to QAINSP location in SAP including to provide damage case records document to QA for investigation
• Responsible for taking care all MHE and machine and ensure that all equipment is in good condition and ready to use. If found any damaged, must proceed for maintenance.
• Summarized the data from counting stocks by location.
• Produce IRA daily/monthly report based on stock count results. When stocks missed, find out root cause & report to Inventory Supervisor.
• Control distraction process.
• Prepare performance report submit to management for performance monthly review.
• Keep controls all process of this function is works properly on SAP system.
• Managing Warehouse Master Data-Material Master and Storage location management.
• Plan cycle count and inventory stock take in each month with coordinate with Leader Operations.
• Stock reconcile and Monitoring report.

Who we are looking for:

• Can be working on site Bang Pla, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan (No shuttle bus provided).
• Bachelor's Degree in any filed with minimum 3-5 years experiences in Warehouse and/or Inventory.
• Good command in computer and presentation skills.
• Good command in English.
• Team Management / Leadership.
• Ability to motivate and work in fast moving, pressure environment.
• Extensive skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experienced in SAP system skill.
