Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement (CI) activities across both glass and plastic manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve production inefficiencies through Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other systematic approaches.
  • Develop and implement CI projects focused on productivity, cost reduction, energy saving, and waste elimination.
  • Monitor production performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Technical) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support BGC-X framework implementation by driving problem-solving and process standardization (Work Instructions, SOPs).
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and engaging employees at all levels.
  • Report project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to management to ensure sustainability of improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Productivity Center to align initiatives and share best practices between plants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Male/Female, aged 25 years and above.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization, or Lean Manufacturing (experience in glass, packaging, or plastic industry is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools.
  • Able to lead projects, coordinate across departments, and present improvement results effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work full-time at Ayutthaya (Glass & Plastic Packaging Plants).
