QAQC Engineer

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve, and manage measurement systems including automation test benches, test kits, jigs, and inspection tools.

• Perform and review incoming inspection for raw materials and finished goods.

• Work closely with suppliers to monitor and improve quality performance, including participation in supplier audit and evaluation with the purchasing team.

• Monitor and review quality performance throughout assembly processes, final testing, and packing stages.

• Develop calibration methods, documentation, and release calibration/verification procedures for measurement instruments.

• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of test and measurement equipment.

• Conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and drive corrective/preventive actions with follow-up to closure.

• Understand applicable IEC and TISI standards related to product quality and safety.

• Support ISO system implementation and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics component design, analysis, or manufacturing.

• At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC or R&D fields.

• Good communication skills in English (listening, speaking, writing).

• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Minitab, AutoCAD, Pro/E or other 3D design software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with good communication and cross-functional teamwork ability.

• Able to work under pressure with responsibility and good teamwork.
