Job description

  • Provide subject matter advisory, facilitate key decision making, create awareness and support key stakeholders in financial risk and credit risk.
  • Analyze and update the business environment and update risk management framework.
  • Continuously monitor credit risk, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in credit risk analysis, credit assessment, or loan approval in financial institutions, preferably in commercial banking or automotive leasing.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess complex corporate financial statements and business performance.
  • In-depth understanding of credit risk frameworks, risk rating systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to evaluate creditworthiness of corporate clients and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, financial analysis tools, and credit risk management systems.
