Role summary:

Credit Advisory was established under Investment Banking & Capital Markets Group, with a role

as 'a specialist' to provide credit rating related opinions, recommendations, and solutions within

KKP Financial Group, as well as to our corporate clients. The team covers various industries,

including corporate sector and financial sector.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

  • Perform credit analysis and provide recommendation of debenture issuers for Debt Capital

Market and related teams, which include preparing financial modeling of corporate clients,

providing credit opinions, writing clear & concise credit report, and make a presentation to

relevant parties

  • Assess credit rating impacts such as conducting shadow credit rating for non-rated

corporate clients, assessing and providing advice relating to capital structure and impacts

on the clients' credit rating

  • Deep knowledge of and able to effectively communicate about credit ratings methodology

by major agencies

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
:

  • High caliber Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with good ability to assess a company's repayment ability
  • Knowledge of credit ratings is a plus
  • Excellence command in English
  • Fast learner that can cover various industries, with good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a small team and work under pressure with tight deadline

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง:

  • Strong analytical skill both in quantitative and qualitative, and knowledge of corporate credit
  • Understanding of the financial statement and accountings necessary for financial modeling
  • Knowledge of credit ratings is a plus
