Your impact:

We are seeking many
middle–senior AI Analytics Engineers
to lead the design of high-quality prompts and develop advanced SQL workflows that power accurate, data-driven AI insights. In this role, you will translate complex business questions into scalable analytical and generative-AI solutions, ensuring outputs are reliable, contextually aligned, and grounded in well-structured data. You will play a key part in continuously improving prompt quality, data accuracy, and AI performance, while partnering closely with product, engineering, and business teams. Your expertise in both prompt engineering and SQL analytics will elevate how we leverage AI at scale and drive smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.

We focus on creating seamless user experiences that bridge complex data systems with natural, conversational access. By fostering a culture of innovation and data-first thinking, we help organizations drive adoption of advanced analytics and empower business users with AI-enhanced insights.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Prompt Engineering
  : Design, refine, and evaluate prompts to improve NLQ generation accuracy and reliability.
• Prompt Tuning for Analytics
  : Tailor prompts to adapt to different customer domains and datasets, ensuring contextual correctness.
• Data Analysis
  : Analyze customer datasets to understand use cases and align prompt strategies with real business needs.
• Customer Collaboration
  : Partner with customers to identify their analytical questions and convert them into effective NLQ patterns.
• Testing & Evaluation
  : Develop frameworks to benchmark NLQ outputs for precision, recall, and business relevance.
• Integration Support
  : Work with engineering teams to integrate prompt-tuned NLQ solutions into dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
• Documentation & Training
  : Document prompt strategies and provide guidance to customers and internal teams on best practices.
• Research & Innovation
  : Stay up-to-date on advancements in LLMs, NLQ frameworks, and prompt engineering techniques to enhance solutions.

Your ideal profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with
  strong proficiency in SQL
  and
  intermediate proficiency in Python
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  prompt engineering and tuning techniques
  for LLMs.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and delivering
  AI-driven data solutions
  .
• Familiarity with NLQ systems, vector databases, or big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI/LLM outputs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Native in Thai with good command of English
