The Role: Vibe Coding & Automation

We are looking for a
highly motivated
Junior Engineer or Student who eats, sleeps, and breathes AI and Automation. You aren't just writing text prompts; you are building the "brain" and the "nervous system" of our product.

This is a
hybrid role
based in Bangkok. We need someone ready to start
ASAP
. We don't care if you have a degree from a fancy university; we care that you can build, break, fix, and ship code.

The Mandatory Tech Stack

Do not apply if you are not willing to get your hands dirty with the following:

• n8n (Workflow Automation):
  You must be able to design complex workflows.
• JavaScript​:
  Required for writing custom logic and function nodes within n8n.
• MongoDB:
  You need to know how to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• APIs & Webhooks:
  You understand how to connect different services and trigger events.
• CRM Integrations:
  Experience (or deep theoretical understanding) of connecting AI tools to CRMs

What You'll Actually Do

• Build the Pipelines:
  Design and deploy automated workflows using
  n8n
  that connect our AI models to CRMs via Webhooks and APIs.
• Prompt Engineering:
  Design, build, and iterate high-performing prompts for models like ChatGPT, GROK, and Gemini. You will test these prompts rigorously to eliminate hallucinations.
• "Vibe Coding":
  Use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to rapidly prototype and write JavaScript glue code to make your workflows run smoothly.
• Data Handling:
  Manage inputs and outputs using
  MongoDB
  , ensuring our data flow is clean and scalable.
• Optimize & Iterate:
  Analyze model outputs and user feedback to tweak algorithms. If the AI sounds robotic, you fix it.
• Startup Hustle:
  Wear multiple hats. One day you might be tweaking an API connection, the next you might be brainstorming a new product feature.
