Job Description:

  • Lauch the brand, Marketing, Reporting, & relationship building
  • Plan budget and manage the whole operation of the assigned brand (Brand management, Stores Operational management, Sales target, & Merchandising management)
  • To build brand equity and deliver business objective (sales, Market share & Profit)
  • Overall Brand performance & activities
  • Be the key point person for assigned brand for communicating (regional office, Brand Principal, Key accounts)
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management for sales, profitability, and budget achievements.
  • Identify and develop innovative business by building SMART action plan to build brand equity and deliver business objectives (Sales market share and profit)
  • Manage / motivate Beauty advisors, fragrance consultants, in executing events to maximize daily business goals, promotional activities and launches.

Qualifications & experience

  • Professional Experience of cosmetics and beauty industry highly preferred
  • BBA /MBA - Marketing /International business management
  • Proven track record in brand management (launching, positioning, upgrading, expanding) is highly preferred.
  • Experienced in new products introduction, channel strategies, managing market mix.
  • Possess -strong leadership, fluent in communication, highly reliable, result oriented, self-driven, innovative and self-initiatives, able to work under pressure in a cross cultural environment.
  • Able to travel abroad and upcountry.
  • Fluent in English communication
