[ Your Future Responsibilities ]

Major role as Project Manager

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with customer expectations.
  • Planning and overseeing all aspects of system integration projects, from inception to completion.
  • Creating and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Ensuring that project documentation is up-to-date, complete, and accurate.
  • Managing project changes and communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Leading project status meetings and preparing reports and presentations
  • Design and execute the survey data collection process for the Professional service team to ensure the comments/feedback are well collected and analyzed

Holding a minor role as Technical Account Manager for a specific named account

  • Acts as a primary point of contact/trusted advisor, helping clients leverage technology to meet their business goals and ensure client satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs
  • Working with our professional service team, distributor, and vendor to provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to clients
  • Effectively communicating technical information and updates to both clients and internal teams.
  • Guide clients on technical best practices
  • Identify when there are new opportunities to grow the account

[ Qualifications ]

  • Education in Computer Engineering/Science, and IT-related fields.
  • 2+ years of Hands-on technical experience with network and cybersecurity implementation projects
  • 3+ years of Network or cybersecurity project management experience.
  • Holding a Network/ Cybersecurity/ Cloud Security Certified Network Security Engineer is a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with a mature personality to maintain professionalism
  • Good team player, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent in English language skills
  • Working under high pressure and limited resources.
