Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-set accounting (GL / AP / AR / Tax / Costing) and ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing.
  • Review and prepare financial statements in compliance with TFRS / IFRS standards.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance accounting processes and reporting structures to align with corporate-level standards.
  • Drive ERP system customization and implementation projects (Infor M3 / SAP / Oracle) as Head of Project.
  • Strengthen accounting workflows, internal controls, and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Supervise and develop the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and management on accounting and compliance matters.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with management and consultants in financial system transformation and governance improvement.
  • Support the company's journey to professionalize accounting operations and build a strong foundation for future growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (CPD license required; CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in closing large-scale or corporate-level financial statements (TFRS / IFRS standards).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in GL, financial closing, consolidation, and tax compliance.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or customization (preferably Infor M3, SAP, or Oracle).
- Solid understanding of corporate-standard accounting, financial governance, and audit coordination.
- Prior background in Food Trading / FMCG / Manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a transforming organization.
