Sanitation Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct sanitation, HACCP, GMP, and GFSI audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all site areas consistently meet the company's sanitation requirements.
• Identify improvement needs and develop action plans to elevate sanitation performance.
• Support investigations of consumer complaints related to pest issues and provide corrective recommendations.
• Conduct G6 audits to ensure all processing areas, warehouses, and utility areas comply with company standards.
• Organize regular site pest control audits and coordinate with pest control contractors for corrective actions; provide timely feedback to management.
• Ensure all in-process QA tests are performed and documented accurately and on schedule.
• Provide quality-related training and guidance to operators and staff to maintain GMP, HACCP, and GFSI accreditation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sanitation, Hygiene, Quality Systems, or Quality Assurance within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems and Food Safety programs (GMP/HACCP/GFSI, etc.).
• Capable of conducting hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and GFSI audits.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Good command of English.
• Experience working in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
