Job Title: Configuration Manager – ServiceNow CMDB

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the build of the ServiceNow CMDB for the cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB for data centers and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • Support the implementation of configuration management processes in line with ITIL practices.
  • Assist with the registration, update, and retirement of configuration items (CIs).
  • Help monitor CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and compliance with defined standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams (operations, cloud, security, applications) to collect and validate CI information.
  • Participate in audits and reviews of CMDB content to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide input for reports and dashboards on CMDB health and coverage.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve configuration management maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Configuration Manager, CMDB Administrator, or similar role in IT Service Management.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (discovery, service mapping, data reconciliation, integrations).
  • Experience in ITOM Discovery, Cloud Discovery, service graph connector & Service Mapping.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 practices, especially Configuration Management and Change Management.
  • Hands-on experience managing CIs across hybrid infrastructures (data centers, private/public cloud – AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of IT asset management, service dependencies, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, governance, and data quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB or equivalent certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
  • Experience in highly regulated environments (finance, healthcare, or similar).
  • Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and data integration solutions.
