Job Description:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and map them to ServiceNow solutions.
  • Understands little design on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and other key ServiceNow modules (if appliable).
  • Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration
  • Develop clear user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation that guide the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications.
  • Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into actionable technical solutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring the functionality meets business requirements and is free of critical defects. Also participate in any testing as part of Tester.
  • Support in change management activities, assist in user training, and provide documentation for new features and processes in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and configure reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets within ServiceNow to help stakeholders make data driven decisions
