Job Description

  • Prepare & Manipulate data for segmentation analyses, data quality reports, and model development
  • Develop/Monitor/Improve all Consumer Banking models (A/B/C for acquisition, account maintenance, and collection)
  • Develop/Monitor/Improve Income Estimation Index, TDSR forecast, Strength of Relationship, Customer-level risk rating, Psychometric Rating
  • Tracking efficiency and performance of all Consumer Banking analytic models
  • Perform scenario-based Stress Testing to by using key model parameters and projected growth rate
  • Provide Risk Analytical Insights for customer complaints, Market & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk-BCP, HR on Recruiting Analytics, etc.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or higher  in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management
  • Knowledge of Consumer banking ,business lines and products
  • Strong Passion in Analytics & Quantitative approach
  • Critical thinking skills to solve complex programs
  • Must be exempt from military service
