Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints - including advertising, digital, social media, events, and external partnerships.
  • Monitor brand health metrics through ongoing consumer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and after-sales to ensure that all initiatives align with the brand's identity and value proposition.
  • Identify and champion brand differentiation opportunities within the competitive automotive landscape.
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure proper usage both internally and externally.

Public Relations:

  • Develop and execute strategic PR plans to drive brand visibility, strengthen reputation, and support business objectives.
  • Draft and distribute high-impact press releases, Q&As, talking points, media kits, and corporate messaging.
  • Serve as a company spokesperson when required, or support, prepare, and train designated spokespersons for media engagements.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts, developing timely, accurate messaging to protect and uphold the company's reputation.
  • Monitor and evaluate media coverage and provide ongoing analysis and insights on campaign effectiveness and public sentiment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute press conferences, media events, test drive experiences, and product launch activations.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies or consultants, ensuring all campaigns align with corporate goals and are executed with excellence.
  • Oversee the PR and brand budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment (ROI). Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communication team to align messaging across all paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.
  • Ensure integrated campaign planning and execution between Brand, PR, and MarCom teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., digital, creative, sales) to ensure a timely and aligned campaign rollout.
  • Provides strategic guidance on brand tone, storytelling, and content direction across communication assets.

  • Ensure the company's brand is clearly defined, consistently applied, and positively perceived across all customer touchpoints.
  • Secure high-quality media exposure in automotive, business, and lifestyle outlets that enhance brand reputation and product awareness.
  • Align PR and brand messaging with marketing campaigns to create cohesive and impactful communication.
  • Proactively manage public sentiment and respond to issues in a timely and professional manner to protect the brand.
  • Deliver compelling brand narratives, press releases, and media materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and external partners.
  • Measure and report on brand health and PR campaign effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve strategies.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities with automotive OEMs and Tier One suppliers.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to understand client needs and tailor NVH solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote NVH product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth areas.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings both locally and internationally.
